Why did I Start This Blog?
Managing a multimillion-dollar dialysis clinic is no joke. The patient load, regulations, staffing chaos—it’s all real. I wasn’t always in this role and I wanted to create a place as diverse as the Nursing Profession. A blog where we can:
Share real stories from the trenches
Offer time-saving tools and hacks for nurses and managers
Recommend gear that actually helps (instead of collecting lint in your locker)
Build community among nurses who are overworked but still passionate
